I’ve spent my entire adult life helping people navigate the hardest parts of being human. Anxiety has been part of my story since childhood, long before I had the tools to understand it. I grew up believing something was wrong with me, and I carried that fear for years.
For decades, I sat with people who felt the same way - overwhelmed, defeated, and afraid they’d feel this way forever. I learned what actually helps, what doesn’t, and how to make complex ideas simple enough to use in real life.
I’ve lived this work personally, I’ve guided thousands professionally, and everything inside this course reflects what I know truly works, not just in theory.
